Mit der zunehmenden Kumulation gesellschaftspolitischer Problemlagen werden Kooperationsleistungen zwischen den Fachkräften aus den unterschiedlichen Nachbardisziplinen und –professionen in der Psychotherapie, psychosozialen Beratung und Supervision notwendig, was ein interdisziplinäres und multiprofessionelles Instrumentarium zur Koordinierung erfordert. In diesem Artikel wird die ICF als ein mögliches Instrument in seiner Struktur und Zielstellung vorgestellt und kurz anhand eines Fallbeispiels ausgeführt, um darauf basierend die Chancen und Grenzen der ICF herauszuarbeiten und den Wert dieses Klassifikationssystems für die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit resümierend darzustellen.

Abstract: Opportunities and limits of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) for interdisciplinary and integrative collaborations

Indeed of the increasing accumulation of social problems cooperation services between professionals from different disciplines and professions in psychotherapy, psycho-social counseling and supervision are necessary, which requires an interdisciplinary and multi-professional instrument of collaboration. In this paper the ICF will be presented in its structure and goals as a possible instrument and briefly performed based on a case study. In order to that the opportunities and limitations of the ICF work out to discuss the value of this classification system for interdisciplinary collaboration.
